The Freshman/Sophomore MBRS-RISE Program progressively introduces students to research as a career.  From specialized courses to actual full time research, RISE students gain the experience that they need to enter and succeed in Ph.D. programs.
Freshman Year - Spring Semester:  
RISE Visiting Scientist Seminars (all
  semesters)
 
Group meetings with Program Director (all
  semesters)
Individual guidance and mentoring (all sems)
Spring laboratory rotations
