Check Folder Size in Outlook

Follow these steps to view your UTSA mailbox size in Outlook. If you need further assistance, contact OITConnect.

Outlook 2007 Users

  1. Use the navigation pane on the left and click the Folder List view.
  2. Click the Folder Sizes link to view a list of subfolders and their size in KB. (Conversion: 1024 KB = 1 MB)

Viewing your mailbox size can help you view which subfolders have the largest files.


Outlook 2003 Users

  1. From the Outlook menu, select Tools->Mailbox Cleanup.

  2. Click View Mailbox Size.

  3. A Folder Size window will appear with a list of subfolders and their size in KB. (Conversion: 1024 KB = 1 MB).
