Get An E-mail Account

Individual E-mail Account

The UTSA e-mail account is created during the network account creation process.

To obtain a network account a supervisor or administrative staff member must log in to ASAP. Once logged in successfully, click the Employee Services tab.

Next, click the Network Account Forms link.

Follow the instructions for creating a new account. Note: The paper form is no longer used. The network account request is handled online.

If you have any questions pertaining to the network account request form, please contact OIT Support Services at 458-5555, via e-mail at oitconnect@utsa.edu or fill out the online OIT Support Services request form.

Departmental E-mail Account

If your department or College has a need for an e-mail account, you may now request one online via ASAP.

As of February 1, 2010, the process for requesting a department e-mail account has changed. Faxed or mailed forms will no longer be accepted.

A supervisor or administrative staff member log in to ASAP. Once logged in successfully, click the Employee Services tab.

Next, click the Network Account Forms link then the Create Department Email Account link.
