Purchase Recommended Computer Equipment

In an effort to consolidate and save UTSA resources, the Office of Information Technology recommends UTSA departments purchase from our list of computer equipment. Buying from the standard computer models list will save you and your department time and money. Read more about the benefits.

Getting Started

  1. Compare the available equipment options. All desktop PCs come pre-loaded with Microsoft Windows® 7, Microsoft Office® Suite, up-to-date Web browsers and media players supported by OIT. Please visit the OIT Software site for information on other software titles.

  2. When you are ready to buy, print the equipment quote document (PDF) and present it to your Administrative Associate for processing. Windows-based PCs will be delivered pre-configured with the UTSA image and will have a UTSA inventory tag attached.
