Telephone Services
The Telephone Services (TS) group is your first stop for all requests dealing with desk telephones. Telephone Services can assist you with requests for new voice/data lines and telephones, as well as repairs and billing questions.
UTSA-owned BlackBerrys and other handheld devices are set up by OIT Support Services (Help Desk) (458-5538) and their billing is handled by the user’s department.
