A new academic year is upon us! Last week we enjoyed the Roadrunner Days on campus as students started their classes. It is wonderful to see students excited to be on campus, along with the hard work and effort our dedicated staff accomplished preparing for the new year.
Now is a great time to think about the contributions you bring to the team you are on and how you work with others. One great way to help you with this reflection is to use a S.W.O.T. Analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) in regards to your color spectrum. This analysis will bring clarity in understanding and assessing your work and what you bring to the table every day. As you go throughout the semester, revisit your S.W.O.T. Analysis to see the progress you are making and allow it motivate you in your position.
Here is a S.W.O.T Analysis Worksheet you can use as a guide. Have a wonderful semester!

Has your color spectrum changed over the years? How?
Describe those changes to your colleagues. Remember True Colors is a tool to understanding others and ourselves. It is a common language because we talk about it and use it to articulate our perspectives to each other. Keep it going.
