Have a Business Procedures Tip to share? Please send it to Bob Miller.
We recommend you back-up your Quicken (or other account reconciliation) files daily to a desktop computer and to a USB drive. This way, in case of network/server issues, you will be able to recover your files from the previous day from two different sources.
Please reference the attached PDF memo from Accounting Services for important Accounting End-of-Year (EOY) dates, noting the deadlines for account corrections as we near the end of the fiscal year.
