Events Management Made Simple

How to plan and manage your on-campus event.

The Events Managers at the EMCS office invite all event sponsors (departments, faculty, staff, student organizations, and joint sponsors) to attend this training session on planning and scheduling events on campus.

Topics will include: checking space availability, scheduling space and technology, catering, parking, and completing appropriate forms. This workshop will also cover the area of joint sponsoring events with departments and outside entities to ensure compliance with the UT System Board of Regent's Rules and the UTSA Handbook of Operating Procedures.

Whether you are a new or experienced event sponsor, join us for one these interactive sessions so your events are always successful. Helping you helps our office serve you better.
