The university offers a variety of short-term parking options, including hourly paid parking, daily scratch-off permits; and permit-free parking times.

Main Campus
$2.50/hour. Payment required via mobile phone, at a paystation, or at a garage cashier window. Hourly parking options are available at the following locations:

Garage Parking: Pay by Phone
If you’re using hourly parking in a campus garage, save time by paying on your phone!- Step 1: Scan the QR code on your garage ticket. This will take you to the online payment portal. Follow the on-screen instructions to pay.
- Step 2: Make sure to pay your garage ticket before you head to the garage exit. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit, PayPal and Google Pay.
- Step 3: At the garage exit, scan your paid ticket or the QR code displayed on your phone.
Weekend and Evening Parking
Drivers can take advantage of permit-free parking options in Employee A, Employee B and unmarked Commuter spaces only during the times below. This policy applies at both the Main and Downtown Campuses, regardless of permit status.
- Monday – Thursday: 10 p.m. – 7 a.m.
- Friday: 4:30 p.m. – 7 a.m. the following Monday
Daily Scratch-Off Permits
Single-use daily parking permits are an affordable visitor parking option. Scratch off the correct month and date, then hang the permit from vehicle rear-view mirror with the scratched off date fully visible.
Permits must be purchased by a current student or employee at the BRG or XAG garage cashier stations on the Main Campus, or at Campus Services (FS 2.418) on the Downtown Campus. View scratch-off permit options on our Parking Permits page, under the Other Permits dropdown.
