On-Campus Vaccine Clinics

Flu Vaccine Clinic

To help keep the Roadrunner community safe and healthy, UTSA is partnering with H-E-B to provide vaccine clinics this fall. Vaccinations are available to UTSA faculty, staff and currently enrolled students. The tetanus vaccine and the latest COVID-19 vaccine will also be available at all scheduled clinics.

Scheduling an appointment in advance saves you time when you arrive by allowing you to submit necessary documentation prior to your appointment and helps ensure you can get vaccinated during your preferred time slot.

Walk-ins are also accepted. Individuals will need to bring their insurance card, UTSACard and driver’s license or valid photo ID.

Important Reminders

  • The flu and COVID-19 vaccines are free for individuals covered under most insurance plans accepted by H-E-B, including insurance obtained through UTSA. If you are not covered by insurance, you can get your flu shot for $39 or your COVID-19 shot for $185, payable by check or exact cash.
  • For information on the federal government's Bridge Access Program, which provides no-cost COVID-19 vaccines to adults without health insurance or whose insurance does not cover all COVID-19 vaccine costs, visit the CDC's Bridge Access Program website. Find a COVID-19 vaccine appointment near you.
  • On-campus vaccine clinics are not open to the general public. Current UTSA faculty, staff and students are welcome to attend and are encouraged to schedule an appointment.
  • Currently registered students may obtain a free flu vaccine at Wellness 360 while supplies last. Call 210-458-4142 to make an appointment.
