About Recovery Operations
Recovery Operations coordinates and facilitates the university's operational response to COVID-19. The team provides the latest guidance, monitors trends and maintains the online COVID-19 Cases Dashboard.
Our Triggers Monitoring Team assesses our local risk level to determine the need for adjustments to campus operations, protocols and procedures. The team, which includes UTSA's chief medical officer, evaluates current and emerging pandemic conditions using information and data provided by sources including the CDC, State of Texas, UT System and San Antonio Metro Health.

Recovery Operations Committee
The Recovery Operations Committee (ROC) meets on an ad hoc basis to review and provide recommendations to university leadership related to the operational response to the COVID pandemic.
The senior associate vice president for Administration and Partnership Affairs serves as the chair of the ROC.
