Business Service Center

The Strategic Enrollment Business Service Center (BSC) oversees the business process operations for the Division of Strategic Enrollment. The BSC provides consistency across the division, ensuring compliance with state, university and division policy, and increased efficiency of business operations processes. Under this model, the entire division has a higher level of operational support from the entire BSC.

The BSC is responsible for:

  • Working with SE departments on all business functions to facilitate departmental and business operations.
  • Ensuring business compliance with applicable policies & protocol
  • Providing dedicated team of experienced staff will handle work based on branch areas. This will ensure business keeps moving even if an employee is working on another project, out sick or on vacation.
  • Navigate through business processes for the departments.
