Get Your Flu Shot

With flu season upon us, now is the time to get vaccinated. Getting your annual flu shot can help to keep you and others safe. UTSA and Passport Health USA is making it easy for you to get vaccinated by offering on-campus flu shot clinics this month.

Flu Shot Clinic Locations

  • Oct. 25, 2022, 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.: Main Campus, Student Union, Mesquite 2.01.24
  • Oct. 26, 2022, 12 p.m. – 2 p.m.: Downtown Campus, Durango Building, La Villita 1.116
  • Oct. 28, 2022, 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.: Main Campus, Student Union, Denman Room


Get Ready for Your Appointment

  • Complete the online registration.
  • Bring your employee ID (UTSACard), insurance card and appointment confirmation email (printed or digital).
  • Arrive no more than 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This will help us keep vaccination spaces distanced.

As a reminder, the flu shot clinic is FREE for employees, retirees and dependents covered under UT SELECT Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas PPO. If you are not covered under UT SELECT, you can get your flu shot for $45. The cost for the senior vaccine is $85. Credit cards or a check made out to CHIS Passport Health are accepted. 

Walk-ins are welcome if the nurse is available. Snacks and refreshments will be provided at the clinic. Employees will earn one Wellness ticket, which can be used in Rowdy New U’s Wellness Ticket Store.
