Walking Trails
Discover UTSA's Walking Trails

Whether you are an endurance walker or like a brisk 15-minute walk, take advantage of the eight trails on the Main Campus and two trails on the Downtown Campus. Walking outdoors is good for the body and mind.
Discover our campus and enjoy the fresh air and sounds of nature. Hiking is an ideal cardio workout. It can lower your risk of heart disease; improve your blood pressure and blood sugar levels; increase bone density; build strength and muscles in your hips and legs; strengthen your core muscles and improve your balance; and helps to boost your mood and get you focused on the rest of your day!
