Submit an OL Application
Submit application on Handshake by November 1st, 5pm.

Interview for the Position
Applicants will be interviewed 1-2 weeks upon submitting their application. In-person interview times for applicants will be available within 1-2 weeks of submitting their application. An OFP staff member will reach out via email/phone to set up an interview time.

Enroll in EDL 4953: Special Studies in Educational Leadership
All OLs will be enrolled in the EDL 4953 3 credit course for the Spring 2024 semester. They must pass the class with a B- or better to begin their paid position that starts May 2024.

GPA Checks Conducted of OL Team
GPA and Student Conduct checks conducted on all OLs who have accepted the position.

OL Retreat
Friday, January 12
9:00am-4:00pm (subject to change)

Begin attending EDL 4953: Special Studies in Educational Leadership
The three-credit course will start when Spring 2024 classes begin on Tuesday, January 16th. The course days/times are TBA.

Final GPA Checks Conducted of OL Team
(GPA and Student Conduct checks conducted on all OLs who have accepted the position.)
May 17th/end of semester

Intensive Training (Begins Paid Appointment)
Intensive training will be held during the weeks of May 20-31st (no training on May 27th due to Memorial Day Holiday). The specific days and times will be announced as it gets closer.
