RPM Employee Spotlight: Zachary Canales

Zachary Canales joined Business Affairs a year ago, bringing his expertise and passion for project coordination to the Real Estate and Property Management (RPM) team. Originally from Mississippi and the Dallas area, Zachary now serves as a Senior Project Manager for RPM, where he plays a key role in uniting multiple contractors and third-party partners under one cohesive project vision.

His focus is on ensuring every project is delivered on time, within budget and with a clear, shared goal in mind. Zachary’s leadership and organizational skills help turn complex ideas into successful, well-executed outcomes for the university.
