University Real Estate Office
The University Real Estate Office (UREO) oversees future real estate development projects, leasing transactions, acquisitions, negotiations, market research, feasibility analysis for future capital projects and more. We work closely with Asset Management to ensure the vision of the masterplan is maintained and that real estate decisions align with university strategic leadership planning.
We model UTSA’s strategic growth and innovative excellence through creating a more sustainable and appealing campus, while also establishing the best use and value to all real estate assets. In doing so, we demonstrate that UTSA will be an innovative place to work, learn and discover.
