Celebrate your colleagues at the Hearts of Appreciation fundraiser by writing a note on a paper heart while supporting the Staff Senate Scholarship fund, which helps staff pursue their degrees. Cash, credit and debit cards are accepted.
Can’t attend in person? Donate now. Every heart and contribution helps staff continue their educational journeys.

Rowdy Games
Coming in April! | UTSA Rec Center
Rowdy Games is a great way for staff to build team camaraderie while showing off athletic abilities.
Participants engage in team sports, such as basketball, dodgeball, volleyball, pickleball and cornhole, as well as individual activities like walking, yoga and games. All skill levels are welcome.

Held every spring, this event celebrates UTSA's 2,600+ staff members and their many contributions to the university. This event is made possible through generous sponsorship by the Office of the Vice President for Business Affairs, the Office of the President and Alumni Programs. Join UTSA Staff Senate as we celebrate the impact you have on our university as you enjoy free food, door prizes and a photo booth.
Window Wars
Show off your UT San Antonio spirit, pride and tradition in the 2025 Window Wars! This year’s theme, “Fansgiving and Appreciation,” highlights gratitude, teamwork and the joy of cheering on each other. Everyone wins when we support each other!

Join Staff Senate as we cheer on our Roadrunners at the Fansgiving-themed game! Let’s come together to support fellow staff members pursuing their degrees at the university. A portion of ticket purchases goes to the Staff Senate Annual Scholarship, which is awarded annually. Everyone wins when we support each other!
