Through a structured four-year journey, Bold Scholars engage in workshops, one-on-one support, and community experiences designed to help you grow both academically and professionally. Each year focuses on key career competencies from self-development and communication to leadership, critical thinking, and technology, ensuring you are prepared for the next step in your future.

Bold Scholars Year 1
Fall Semester
- Attend the Bold Scholars Program Orientation in August
- Complete all Program Requirements for the Fall Semester
- Attend at least one 1:1 Appointment with our Program Team
- Attend at least one Bold Scholars Community Building Event
- Attend at least two Bold Scholars Workshops
- Career Ready Roadrunner Track: Career & Self-Development
Spring Semester
- Complete all Program Requirements for the Spring Semester
- Attend at least one 1:1 Appointment with our Program Team
- Attend at least one Bold Scholars Community Building Event
- Attend at least two Bold Scholars Workshops
- Career Ready Roadrunner Track: Career & Self-Development
Bold Scholars Year 2
Fall Semester
- Complete all Program Requirements for the Fall Semester
- Attend at least one 1:1 Appointment with our Program Team
- Attend at least one Bold Scholars Community Building Event
- Attend at least two Bold Scholars Workshops
- Career Ready Roadrunner Track: Communication
Spring Semester
- Complete all Program Requirements for the Spring Semester
- Attend at least one 1:1 Appointment with our Program Team
- Attend at least one Bold Scholars Community Building Event
- Attend at least two Bold Scholars Workshops
- Career Ready Roadrunner Track: Teamwork
Bold Scholars Year 3
Fall Semester
- Complete all Program Requirements for the Fall Semester
- Attend at least one 1:1 Appointment with our Program Team
- Attend at least one Bold Scholars Community Building Event

- Career Ready Roadrunner Track: Professionalism
Spring Semester
- Complete all Program Requirements for the Fall Semester
