The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) requires employers to send employees the IRS form 1095-C for 2018 postmarked no later than January 31, 2019.  You will need the 1095-C form to complete your 2018 tax return. [read more]

The grace period deadline for 2017-2018 plan year Healthcare Reimbursement Account (HCRA) is November 15th, 2018 (to incur new eligible expenses and use any funds remaining in your account.)

PLEASE NOTE: The grace period DOES NOT APPLY to the Dependent Care Reimbursement Account (DCRA). The deadline to use 2017-2018 DCRA funds was August 31, 2018.

Furthermore, you have until November 30th, 2018, to submit claims to Maestro Health for reimbursement from your 2017-2018 plan year Healthcare Reimbursement Account (HCRA) and/or your 2017-2018 plan year Daycare Reimbursement Account (DCRA).

Filing claims online are one of many ways to request a reimbursement and you can sign up for direct deposit at myUTFLEX.com.
