Performance Evaluation

The Performance Evaluation system is targeted at significantly improving the administration and management of the performance evaluation process.  This project is scheduled to start up in the spring of 2015, once the PeopleSoft transition has stabilized.

Upgrade STARS to Release 8.0

This upgrade will significantly increase the functionality of UTSA Recruitment System. The new, upgraded application will be easier to use and maintain from an HR perspective and be  more customer friendly to our job applicants. This project is scheduled to start up in the spring of 2015.

Implement The Affordable Care Act

This system will aid UTSA in complying with the rules and processes associated with the Affordable Care Act. Implementation is scheduled for fall of 2014.

Implement Workflow and Manager Self Service in PeopleSoft

The next major upgrade to the PeopleSoft HCM and FMS systems will introduce electronic workflow to the business processes thus eliminating much of the sharepoint paper forms. Workflow processes will be introduced incrementally only after the workflow processes undergo a rigorous testing/validation process. Target date is mid 2015.
