CAMEE PhD Student Abinayaa Dhanagopal Places 2nd in the Fall 2023 3MT Competition
September — Abinayaa, a graduate student in mechanical engineering, competed with 18 students in this fall’s 3MT (Three Minute Thesis) competition. Each winner receives a financial award and has their presentation recorded and uploaded to the Runner Research Press University Archive and Graduate School YouTube channel.
Stephen Ackley Elected Fellow of the American Geophysical Union
September — AGU, the world's largest Earth and space sciences association, annually recognizes a select number of individuals for its highest honors. Stephen Ackley was selected because of his outstanding scientific achievements, contributions to furthering scientific advancement, and exemplary leadership.
