Three years ago, we launched a comprehensive strategic plan to increase compensation, and we have remained committed to investing in our faculty and staff with numerous strategies implemented in fiscal years fiscal year 2022, fiscal year 2023, fiscal year 2024. Compensation remains at the forefront of our priorities, supporting our strategic destination to be an innovative place to work, learn and discover.
