First-Generation & Transfer Student Council
The First-Generation & Transfer Student Council is composed of UTSA advocates who seek solutions to barriers to enhance our students’ academic success and educational experiences. Our goal is to help create a campus culture that keeps our first-generation and transfer student populations in mind when setting policies and priorities on our campus.

Be a Transfer Champion
The purpose of the Transfer Champion initiative is to create a culture of visibility within the Roadrunner community for faculty and staff to express that they are advocates for transfer students. A transfer champion can be a transfer faculty or staff or can simply be committed to supporting transfer students.
