Participate in interactive sessions designed to strengthen collaboration across Advancement & Alumni Engagement. Topics will highlight institutional priorities, constituent insights, and opportunities for cross-team partnership, building a shared foundation for our future as one advancement organization.
Development Roundtable Topic Series
Join sessions covering a variety of topics such as managing donor portfolios, partnering with faculty members, discussing gift agreements with donors, and incorporating digital donor engagement.
Coffee & Courageous Conversations
Participate in engaging discussions that help build a sense of belonging for all employees while enhancing engagement, satisfaction and productivity.
Advancement Services Open House
Weekly open house hosted by members of Advancement Services. This session serves as an opportunity for AAE members to ask specific questions about NXT, portfolios, gift recording, and more. Specialized trainings will be offered periodically; topics will be shared in advance.

Alumni Relations Coffee Chat: Automating and analysing alumni data
Join CASE for an insightful session on using data to transform alumni relations and decision-making. The Erasmus team will share how they built a dynamic Power BI dashboard that integrates thousands of alumni records into one real-time platform, automated the majority of reporting tasks to free time for strategic engagement, and created a scalable tool that gives faculty and leaders transparent access to data-driven insights.

What’s in a Name? Putting the Pieces Together for a Successful Naming Submission
Naming opportunities involve many moving pieces. In this session, we’ll walk you through how to bring those pieces together for a successful approval request. Our discussion will cover Regents’ Rule 80307, prominent naming categories, negotiated versus honorific namings, required documentation, and the approval process. This session is designed for Advancement Services professionals who prepare or manage naming request documentation, as well as Gift Officers who discuss naming opportunities with donors. This session is worth 1 CFRE credit.
