Athletics Council
The charge of this committee is to advise the President, through the Vice President for Intercollegiate Athletics & Athletics Director, on all matters of policy and procedures for the operation of the Intercollegiate Athletics program. The President is ultimately responsible for the conduct of Intercollegiate Athletics at the University of Texas at San Antonio, and all recommendations of the Athletic Council are advisory to the President. The Athletics Council will review Athletic Department policies and procedures to ensure compliance with NCAA rules and regulations. Members shall serve a two-year term, except for the student members who shall serve a one-year term. No member shall be eligible to serve more than two consecutive terms.
