Get Help Dealing With Stressors
Deer Oaks, manager of UTSA’s Employee Assistance Program, is offering several webinars designed to help employees cope with the various stressors that can affect your daily life, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. The four-part series is running now and into the fall, and each session is available by recording following the live webinar.
- How to Cope with Change and Uncertainty (recording available of January 25 event)
- How to Maximize Productivity and Job Satisfaction While Working Remotely: April 5 at 1 p.m.
- How to Deal with Anxiety in the Midst of Stressful Circumstances: July 12 at 1 p.m.
- Preventing and Overcoming Burnout: October 11 at 1 p.m.
Additionally, upcoming webinars are being offered through the MyTraining site:
- Restoring & Maintaining Resiliency Through Repetitive and Long-term Exposure to COVID Related Trauma: April 16, 10–12 p.m.
- Coping with Change: April 23, 9–10 a.m.
- Effective Stress Management: May 26, 2–3 p.m.
Roadrunner Staff Emergency Fund
UTSA Staff Senate, in collaboration with Development & Alumni Relations and People Excellence, is pleased to offer the Roadrunner Staff Emergency Fund (RSEF)! This fund is intended to provide limited financial assistance to university staff employees that are unable to meet immediate, essential expenses because of a temporary hardship related to an emergency situation.
