Digital Letterhead
Digital letterhead is available in two designs and only available for faculty and staff use. Do not alter the approved layout. As you receive your college, school, office or department logos you can follow these instructions to update the information on the digital letterhead template. Customize the contact information in the footer portion of the letterhead.
Download the Word Document templates:
To update the college or school contact information on the letterhead header:
- Open the file in Word and double-click the header
- Only update the address and phone number information
- Do not change or alter font (Aptos Regular), size (9 pt) or color (HEX #032044)
- Do not change or alter the logo
- When finished, click the red X to close the header
