Name Tags

Official name tag templates consistently identify individuals and their association with the university.

Name tags should include the following content only:

Name
Terminal Degree (e.g.. PhD, MD), if desired
Title of department
Division (e.g., Academic Affairs; Advancement and Alumni Engagement; Marketing, Communications and Media), if desired

Additional personal information, such as professional affiliations, etc., may be added to email signatures, but should not be included on name tags.
