Saturday Morning Discovery
Saturday Morning Discovery is a free, introductory art experience designed for children and provides family fun and collaborating learning by awakening a passion for art in children ages 5 – 17 and their parents. During this exploratory learning children have a hands-on opportunity to work one-on-one with artist-teachers in a wide variety of media, including pin hole photography, clay, drawing, painting, origami, weaving, printmaking, sessional crafts, and more.
We are excited to return to four Saturday sessions which run from 9:30 – 11:30am. Families can sign up for one session per year. Parents or guardians work alongside their child during the activities and must remain with their child/children at all times. The program is FREE, but advanced registration is required for each participant.
Registration Information
Classes are open-enrollment to the community. Class registration is a simple process. Read 'How to Register' below to get started. Click here to view all registration policies and guidelines, including information on payments, class withdraws and cancellations, refunds, and more.
- Click the 'Register Now' button below to begin the registration process.
- Click 'Sign In' at the top right side of the page.
- To sign in, enter your user name and password. If you do not have an account, you can create one quickly by specifying a user name, password, and email address.
- Navigate to your desired course. Click the 'Add to Cart' button associated with the course.
- After completing the registration process and remitting payment, you will receive an email containing your registration confirmation.
