From Campus Computers and Labs

Printing is available from computers in the public lab spaces, such as the Peace Library computer workstations, the Downtown Library computer workstations, and the Business Building Computer Lab BB 2.01.20.

  1. From these locations, simply click print and select “Printspot_BW” (charges for black and white) or “Printspot_Color” (charges for color). Then enter your myUTSA ID in the popup.
  2. Walk to a PrintSpot printer and swipe your student ID card or type in your myUTSA ID and Passphrase.
  3. Touch “Print Release”
  4. Select your print job and touch “Print”.
  5. When you are done, touch the “Right Arrow” icon next to your username (top right of the screen) to log out.

From Your Devices

  1. You can upload documents from your laptop or mobile device into the printing queues if you are connected on campus to AirRowdy.
  2. Log in to PrintSpot with your MyUTSA ID and Passphrase.
  3. Click “Submit a Job” and select “Printspot_BW” (charges for black and white) or “Printspot_Color” (charges for color). Then click “Print Options and Account Settings”
  4. Choose the number of copies and click “Upload Documents”.
  5. From here you can drag and drop your files or use the “Upload from Computer” button to select your documents.
  6. Once your documents have been uploaded, click on the “Upload & Complete” button.
  7. Walk to a PrintSpot printer and swipe your student ID card or type in your myUTSA ID and Passphrase.
  8. Touch “Print Release”
  9. Select your print job and touch “Print”.
  10. When you are done, touch the “Right Arrow” icon next to your username (top right of the screen) to log out.
