The purpose of the Urban & Regional Planning Alumni Council is to create a network of Alumni who share the affinity of being a URP Roadrunner. Through our network, we aim to facilitate an inclusive environment among UTSA Alumni, students, faculty, and staff to advance the interests and needs of our community.

Michelle Garza '14, '24 Ms. Garza is a Planner with the San Antonio River Authority, where she has spent over nine years advancing nature-based infrastructure to improve water quality and community resilience. She also coordinates with developers, leads green stormwater initiatives, and serves as co-chair of USGBC South Texas, promoting sustainability through cross-sector collaboration. |
