You don’t need to be a UT San Antonio alumnus to be part of our Roadrunner community. Everyone is welcome! The Alumni Association is a dues-based organization, and those who join are considered members for the long run.How can I update my contact information?
You can quickly and easily update your information on our website. Just complete the form.Which memberships are tax-deductible?
A life membership is tax-deductible. A life membership includes all the benefits of an annual membership plus a tax-deductible donation to the Association’s endowment to support our scholarships and programs. The tax-deductible donation is 25% of the life membership.Are Alumni Association dues refundable?
Alumni Association dues are nonrefundable.Can I gift a membership?
Yes, you can gift a membership. There is a checkbox located on the form to designate as a gift.Does it cost more for my spouse/partner to be a member?
We offer life and annual memberships for two at significant savings for a spouse or partner who is living in the same household.Why is my membership important?
As a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, the UT San Antonio Alumni Association relies on dues and gifts to sustain our programs, including our scholarship program (the reason we were founded) as well as professional development, networking, and events for alumni and friends. Your support also positions the Alumni Association as a powerful advocate for UT San Antonio and our alumni.Who do I contact about my membership benefits or membership card?
Please contact us at alumni@utsa.edu so we can review your membership. Membership cards are sent to the email provided 1-2 weeks after registration.How do I add the membership card to my iPhone?
Access the email from your smartphone and click the "Download" button, then click "Add to Wallet" and "Add." The card will automatically go to your iPhone’s Apple Wallet. It can be accessed in Wallet at any time.How do I add the membership card to my Android phone?
Android users need to download Wallet Passes from Google Play. After you have the app, access the email from your smartphone and click “Download” in the membership email, and the card will automatically go to your Wallet Passes app, where it can be accessed anytime.What if my name is spelled wrong/membership level is incorrect on my card?
