UTSA Mask Distribution Information for
Fall 2020


UTSA branded cloth face coverings were mailed to students who registered for fall semester classes, using their mailing address on file in ASAP. If your mailing address in ASAP was incorrect or missing information, we were unable to mail your mask.

Students who have not received their mask in the mail may pick up a face covering at the Bauerle Road Garage cashier station while supplies last (limited quantities available). Please show your UTSACard (student ID) when you arrive.

  • Please note: These are not replacement masks for damaged or worn out masks. These face coverings are for students who did not receive their mask during the mailing process.

UTSA will mail new face coverings for the spring 2021 semester. Please verify your mailing address in ASAP well ahead of the start of the new semester to ensure you receive your spring 2021 face covering.

Students residing outside of Bexar county who are unable to visit the Bauerle Road Garage can contact

Bauerle Road Garage Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Faculty and Staff

Faculty and staff face coverings were delivered to campus departments and colleges. Distribution was coordinated through your office management. Please check with your supervisor if you did not receive your face covering.

Additional Masks

A variety of reusable and disposable face coverings, including branded options, are available for purchase at campus locations in case you forget, misplace, lose or damage your UTSA branded face covering and need a quick replacement. Purchase a face covering at the following locations:

  • Rowdy Campus Store
  • Rowdy Store Downtown
  • RowdyMart
  • Provisions on Demand (P.O.D.) locations in the John Peace Library, Business Building, Student Union, Roadrunner Cafe and Downtown Campus
  • Select campus vending machines
