The Office of People Excellence is proud to present our newest capability – Strategic HR Partnering! The function of this capability is to align with business objectives by working with employees and leaders in designated business units. The HR Business Partner serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues.
The HR Business Partner’s role is to work closely with internal stakeholders to develop a people agenda that aligns to, and supports, the overall strategic objectives of the organization. Their functions and capabilities include, but are not limited to: relationship building, workforce planning and development, succession planning, contributing to strategy discussions and decision-making, helping execute strategy and providing ideas and challenge to management teams, thus acting as a catalyst for change.
