UTSA's Highest Honor

The University of Texas at San Antonio’s Presidential Medal is the highest honor bestowed by the university. Established in 2024, the prestigious award honors exceptional individuals and organizations whose contributions have demonstrated positive change and created a lasting impact on UTSA and the greater community. The UTSA Presidential Medal evokes the university's culture of excellence and is presented when merited at the discretion of the president.​
