WEBI is a reporting tool that allows UTSA school officials to pull and analyze unofficial data from Banner.
WEBI provides enrollment, registration, graduation, or graduate admission related data at your fingertips. It is available to all UTSA staff.
WEBI users are required to sign a Memorandum of Understanding and Statement of Confidentiality that they understand any and all information obtained from the use of WEBI is unofficial, unconfirmed data that is intended for INTERNAL use only.
WEBI users are required to have read the FERPA guidelines prior to using WEBI. The FERPA guidelines are contained in Chapter 5 of the UTSA Handbook of Operating Procedures.
All external data requests must be directed to the Office of Institutional Research and Analysis (IR). Official data, even if it is used internally within the university, must be obtained from IR.
