Window Wars
Show off your UT San Antonio spirit, pride and tradition in the 2025 Window Wars!
Decorate your physical office, virtual space and/or windows for a chance to win this year's Window Wars. Judging is based on the overall spirit/theme (50%), originality (25%) and artistic quality (25%).
How to enter: complete the following by Friday, Nov. 7:

- Decorate and photograph your space
- Submit two photos via email to Staff Senate
Vote for your favorite window Nov. 10-20.
The Art of Gratitude: A Creative Staff Experience

Join us for a relaxing and creative session where gratitude meets glue sticks! This hands-on event invites staff to explore the art of thankfulness through simple, meaningful crafts designed to inspire reflection and connection. Whether you're making a gratitude jar or journal or designing thank-you cards, you'll leave with a tangible reminder of the good in your life—and maybe a few new connections, too. All materials are provided. Just bring your heart and your creativity!
Touchdowns for Tuition
Saturday, Nov. 29, 2025, Time TBA | Alamodome
Support fellow staff members pursuing their degrees at the university while attending a Roadrunners Football game through the Touchdowns for Tuition program!
Watch the UTSA Roadrunners at the Alamodome in a special section reserved for our outstanding staff. By purchasing your ticket through Staff Senate, a portion of the proceeds will go toward the Staff Senate Annual Scholarship.

Stop by our table, choose a donation option, and shout out specific staff by filling out paper hearts! Donations support staff pursuing their degrees at UTSA through the UTSA Staff Senate Scholarship.
Rowdy Games

Rowdy Games is a great way for staff to build team camaraderie while showing off athletic abilities.
Participants engage in team sports - such as basketball, dodgeball, volleyball, pickleball, and cornhole - as well as individual activities like walking, yoga, and games. All skill levels are welcome.
UTSA Giving Day: Cornhole for a Cause
Tuesday and Wednesday, April 1-2, 2025, 11:30am-2:00pm | Rowdy Statue or Sombrilla
On Tuesday, April 1, and Wednesday, April 2, between 11:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., play a quick game of cornhole in front of the Sombrilla Fountain on Main Campus to support the UTSA Staff Senate Scholarship. For every minimum of $5 made, you get three chances to sink a bean bag and enter your name into a drawing to win prizes. The winners will be announced at the end of the Giving Day.

Great Staff Appreciation

Held every spring, this event celebrates UTSA's 2,600+ staff members and their many contributions to the university. This event is made possible through generous sponsorship by the Office of the Vice President for Business Affairs, the Office of the President, and Alumni Programs.
Join UTSA Staff Senate as we celebrate the impact you have on our university as you enjoy free food, door prizes, and a photo booth.
