Annual Budget Statements
These statements break down final reports from the Incentivized Resource Management (IRM) budget model process. Statements are divided into four sections:
- Consolidated View: Revenue and expenses of all unit types consolidated into one statement. This view is displayed on the first page of each annual budget statement and provides an overall view of the budget model.
- Academic View: Revenue and expenses of each of the academic units are displayed on the second page of the annual budget statement. This view allows colleges to see a breakdown of their revenues and expenses for the current budget year.
- Auxiliary View: Revenue and expenses of each of the auxiliary units is displayed on the third page. This view allows auxiliary units to see a breakdown of their revenues and expenses for the current budget year.
- Support View: Revenue and expenses of each of the support units is displayed on the fourth page. This view allows auxiliary units to see a breakdown of their revenues and expenses for the current budget year.
