Wellness provides UTSA employees with services, education, and opportunities to improve their health and wellbeing. Our team is dedicated to ensuring your health and wellness needs are met. Our Rowdy New U wellness program has been developed to encourage all university personnel and their families to enhance their health and wellbeing through educational opportunities, wellness activities, and self-improvement.

Financial Wellness Seminar Series: Be Prepared When Life Happens


People Excellence and Voya Financial partnered to bring you a new Financial Wellness webinar series that runs November 1 through December 8. The series guides you through the principles of financial health, defining your priorities and goals, and implementing a plan to achieve them, as well as providing you resources to help you get there.

It’s important to approach life from a whole wellness perspective, and that includes your finances. Even when things are happening outside of your control, you can continue to stay on top of your goals and gain a sense of well-being. This can help you feel confident about your future and be prepared for what is next.

These six financial pillars will give you the tools to be proactive and achieve a sense of financial wellbeing in uncertain times. Balance the freedom of living for today, saving for tomorrow and living within your means along the way.
