Welcome back to campus! I hope you had a restful winter break and are ready to tackle the challenges and embrace the opportunities this semester will present.
There are so many incredible advancements taking place at UTSA, and we have a lot to look forward to this spring, including:

Expanded opportunities for Wellbeing for all Roadrunners through a new virtual care platform for mental health, TimelyCare.

Continued partnership with UT Health San Antonio to offer counseling through Wellness 360 Counseling Services as well as an expansion of PEACE Center services for victim advocacy and sexual violence prevention.

The expansion of our downtown campus footprint with the ongoing construction of San Pedro II, together with several new and expanded programs emerging at San Pedro I.

Progress updates by our Campus Experience Task Force regarding their work to advance UTSA as an innovative place to work, learn and discover to enhance the student experience.

Supporting our student-athletes and showing your UTSA spirit at spring season sports, including basketball, tennis, softball, golf and track.
We have an exciting, full semester ahead, and I encourage you to engage with the different initiatives and programming we have planned. As always, I wish you the very best in your classes and look forward to seeing you around campus.
