Volunteer

Our office connects the UTSA and San Antonio communities through a broad range of service opportunities for student involvement, while addressing social issues and community needs. Students have the opportunities to serve in multiple projects through V.O.I.C.E.S., committing to a week of service through Alternative breaks, or donate resources through our multiple donation drives.

Roadrunners Give Back

As part of UTSA Homecoming Week, students, staff, faculty and alumni are invited to volunteer for Roadrunners Give Back, the official UTSA Homecoming service project. This annual event engages UTSA students to participate in a range of projects to help beautify the UTSA Main Campus in the Fall semester.

Adopt A Family

During the holidays, we partner with the Family Services Association to participate in their annual Adopt-A-Family Program. The annual Adopt-A-Family Program requires small and large volunteer groups. Volunteer groups will donate household items, clothing, toys and food boxes to families receiving services from Family Service Association.

Volunteer Fair

Community Partner at Get Involved Fair

Various San Antonio community partners come to UTSA at the beginning of each semester to inform the UTSA community of volunteer and engagement opportunities that support and provide awareness for their cause. To participate in a future volunteer fair, please contact getinvolved@utsa.edu.
