RRDays Service Projects

Join your fellow Roadrunners for a morning of service in support of your campus and the local San Antonio community. It’s a great way to meet other students and see more of the campus while learning about — and experiencing first-hand — UTSA’s deep commitment to community service. Take pride in your campus by giving back!

Students will have the opportunity to participate in over 8 service projects centered around our campus. Each service project will focus on various social issues affecting our UTSA community including food insecurity and environmental sustainability.

In August, over 80 volunteers on throughout 5 projects around campus and 2 virtual projects. Because of the help of our roadrunners, plants were installed all over Chaparral and Laurel Village – our campus BioSwale area, the VOICES Adopt-a-Spot, and the Roadrunner Garden received amazing care and clean up, and the Whataburger Resource Room was able to be fully restocked with items for our UTSA community. Thank you to all of our volunteers who assisted with projects and for your commitment to enhancing our campus and community.
