Elisabeth Cuadros Selected to Lead DTS

Congratulations to Elisabeth Cuadros, Ph.D., Financial Affair’s new director of Disbursements and Travel Services (DTS). With her extensive expertise, proven leadership and wealth of experience, Cuadros is poised to enhance our operations and elevate the services we provide.

Cuadros brings over a decade of progressive experience in accounts payable, travel services and credit card program management. Her extensive knowledge and deep understanding of university operations uniquely equip her to guide DTS toward continued success. 

Before stepping into the director of DTS role, Cuadros served as a senior payroll and funding analyst, and prior to that, served as assistant director of DTS, where she played a key role in strengthening processes and supporting the team. Her contributions during this time have laid a strong foundation for her transition into this new role. 

Cuadros’ academic credentials further reflect her dedication to excellence and ethical leadership. A UTSA alumna, Cuadros received a Bachelor of Business Administration & Management and a Master of Science in finance. She also received a Doctorate of Philosophy in leadership studies from Our Lady of the Lake University and a Doctorate of Philosophy in conscious business ethics from the University of Sedona.
