Get Ready for San Antonio Sports Corporate Cup!
It has been more than a year since COVID-19 changed our world. While things are slowly returning to normal, there are still many challenges ahead. Acknowledging this new reality, the 2021 San Antonio Sports Corporate Cup, presented by OrthoNow, is holding a hybrid event, with in-person and virtual events. Held Monday, July 12, through Aug. 7, the Corporate Cup will be the same combination of friendly competition, team camaraderie, wellness and charitable giving — but in a different format.
As a UTSA faculty and staff member, you are invited to participate (at no cost to you) in the Corporate Cup. Registration fees were paid by UTSA. Register today using your UTSA email, and select your sport (use code UTSA).
The hybrid format of the 2021 Corporate Cup was designed to accommodate health and safety measures by spreading the sports across different dates and venues. Crowd size is reduced and offers more space for ample physical distancing. Corporate Cup will also host four virtual events for team members unable to join in person. These events allow teammates to participate and contribute toward winning the cup.
How Do I Sign Up?
- Register Online: Use code UTSA. To verify employment, use your UTSA email when you register.
- T-Shirt Survey: Select your T-shirt size after registering.
Corporate Cup will release tournament event schedules after the registration deadline (June 25), and we will share on Teams in early July.
A huge part of the San Antonio Sports Corporate Cup is giving back to the charities that sponsor this event. UTSA will earn points for every donation made over the next two months. Visit the Charity Challenge site for more details about the selected charities
