Changes to eShipGlobal to Improve Shipping Process

eShipGlobal, UTSA’s preferred method to manage and provide shipping and delivery services for parcels and freight, will undergo upgrades to their website Dec. 10-11. Changes to the site include a few cosmetic changes, additional shipping options, improved reporting, faster invoicing, third-party shipping tracking, contract compliance and more.

Users will not be able to access eShipGlobal beginning at 5 p.m. on Dec. 10 through 8 a.m. on Dec. 11. If needed, departments that use eShipGlobal should use UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc., during this time.

Watch for a follow-up email that will highlight upcoming training sessions on the upgraded website.
