Grade Entry

Faculty can enter grades through their myUTSA Account at my.utsa.edu. Once logged in, click on the “Staff/Faculty Services” tab at the top. Navigate to the “Menu: Registrar Services” card and select “Grade Entry.”

With grade entry, you must select the tab of the grades you will be entering either Midterm or Final when the grading window is open.

Midterm Grade Entry

To enter midterm grades, make sure you have the Midterm Grade tab selected when midterm grading is open to enter midterm grades for your course.

Final Grade entry

To enter final grades, make sure you have the Final Grades tab selected when final grading is open to enter grades.
