Remember to request your Summer 2025 accommodation notification letters! Now accommodation request/s can be submitted directly through your student portal. You can also visit our office in MS 3.01.16, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Call us at 210-458-4157 for more information.
Important Dates
November 14 – Last day to submit final exam requests to the Adaptive Test Center.
November 20 – Last day for students to submit accommodation requests for the Fall 2025 semester. After 5 PM on November 20, AIM will no longer accept new accommodation requests.
November 26 – Classes do not meet. No exams in Adaptive Test Center. Student Disability Services will hold Virtual Hours and appointments and all services will continue.
November 27-28 – Thanksgiving Holiday. University Closed.
December 5 – Student Study Day. We want students to focus on their studies on this day! Welcome meetings will pause on Study Day, please plan to schedule yours either before or after this date. No exams in Adaptive Test Center. All other office services will remain available, and limited appointments can be scheduled by prior arrangement.
December 8-12 – Final Exams. To help students maintain focus during final exams, we will not schedule new welcome meetings during this period. Previously scheduled appointments will continue as planned. Students encountering a disability-related issue during this time should contact their disability specialist or our office directly.
January 20 – Spring Term Beings.
