Adaptive Computing Technology

Use of this technology requires that students first register for services with Student Disability Services and are subsequently referred to UTS for access to this software:
-
Screen reader (JAWS)
-
Zoom text
-
Kurzweil
JAWS, Kurzweil and Dragon are available on computers in the adaptive technology labs in JPL and Downtown Campus library and require students to be registered with SDS to access. Other hardware such as CCTV's as well as software such as JAWS and Dragon can be found within the Adaptive Test Center in Student Disability Services. These hardware and software technologies are for exclusive use by students registered with Student Disability Services for utilization during test taking in the Adaptive Test Center.
