Request Service
The Facilities Service Center (FSC) processes customer service requests for the Main, Downtown, Park West and Southwest campuses. The FSC serves as the liaison between the university community and Facilities for all service requests.
Non-emergency service requests are submitted through the Work Request Portal. After the FSC assigns the request to the appropriate team, the requestor will receive an email confirmation with a work order number. The work order number allows customers to monitor the status of their request via the Work Request Portal.
